COVID-19 Policy
Masks must be worn at all times regardless of vaccination status.

Proof of a negative Covid Test (72 hours) or vaccination is required to enter according to State Law.

What are the hours of operation for Wisdome?
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
4pm - 10pm (Doors close at 9pm)

Saturday & Sunday
12pm - 10pm (Doors close at 9pm)
What are the hours of operation for Mystic Universe PLUS Events?
Certain Fridays and Saturdays from 7pm to midnight.
Box office last call is at 9:30pm. Doors close at 10pm.
What is the difference between Mystic Universe and Mystic Universe PLUS Events?
Mystic Universe is a regular entry for the exhibits. Mystic Universe PLUS Events offers a variety of live musical performances with food, beverages, and various vendors.
Can I upgrade my regular Mystic Universe tickets to Mystic Universe PLUS at the door?
Yes. Regular Mystic Universe tickets can be upgraded to Mystic Universe PLUS for an additional price. Guests are welcome to upgrade at any time if tickets are still available.
Are tickets available at the door?
Tickets are available at the door on a first come first serve basis until sold out. Note, tickets for some special events will be available online only and will be noted on the event pages as such. So we suggest always purchasing your tickets online in advance.
I bought my tickets for Mystic Universe, but can't make it that day. When do the tickets expire?
Regular Mystic Universe tickets can be used anytime as long as they have not been previously scanned.
Is there an age requirement for Mystic Universe?
No. Mystic Universe is a family-friendly exhibit!
Where can I park?
There is no private parking space for Wisdome. Please utilize the FREE parking on the streets or at the public parking facility nearby called "Mateo Garage" at 1262 Palmetto St, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Carpooling/Lyft/Uber is highly suggested!
